I didn’t come into this work through textbooks or theory—
I came into it through survival.
For years, I lived in a state of hyper-vigilance and disconnection, but somewhere deep inside, I sensed that life could be different. That knowing led me on a path of healing and study across Tantra, somatic therapy, emotional detox, energy work, and brain rewiring.
Today, I weave Eastern and Western modalities with intuitive presence to help others release stored emotion, shift limiting patterns, and return to the aliveness waiting beneath their pain. My work is precise, attuned, and deeply held, meeting each person where they are.
